With respect to C.C.JENSEN A/S’s or any affiliate of C.C.JENSEN A/S including subsidiaries purchase of goods and services from suppliers C.C.JENSEN’s General Conditions for Purchase shall apply. C.C.JENSEN do not accept the supplier’s general terms and conditions for sale and delivery. C.C.JENSEN’s General Conditions for Purchase contain terms regarding liability for delay, liability for defects and liability for personal injury and physical damage (product liability) as well as terms regarding governing law and arbitration.
